Student Initiative Empowers Engagement for Learning Online

چکیده

Assessing the degree to which students engage and learn from their online courses will be important as are becoming more ubiquitous. This study sought capture student perceptions of independence learners, level engagement, effort exerted, amount information they learned in courses. The was conducted over three years with 455 who completed a self-assessment at end an intensive summer course. Results showed equal number agreeing disagreeing that help same encountered face-to-face majority reported were independent (84.4%), engaged (54.5%) exerted (57.4%), course than typical class. Recommendations made for faculty creating have opportunity coach on how succeed learning environment.
